Its April 15, and the CSC has posted only for the NCR region of the Nov. 2009 CSE Exam results?

I don't get this. It is already April and still I am needlessly waiting for the official posting of the results of the November 2009 CSE examinations which is under the responsibility of the Civil Service Commision. Here is a partial snapshot of the page:

One can see that only the NCR region  results are posted. Where are the rest? We can copy results from  other sites catering to the PRC and other exam sites, but we prefer to do it on a professional manner.

I don't know the reasons, but we expect more from a very important and tax-supported government organization such as the Civil Service Commision.
