When will Google stop sending emails with blank "to:" fields? It is acting as a party to this common spam and scam activities!

Gmail should stop entertaining bulk mails not addressed to recepient! Hell Google is making a little evil by not doing anything about maladdressed mails.

I don't know the sender, and I don't open files embedded in emails. Tell me if you received similar emails like this. Looks like social engineering to plant some trojans or viruses. You are warned.
