Looking for a cheap personal wifi router?

I knew our favorite cheap gadget store, CDRKing, should have one. And after thirty minutes of browsing for such products in its online catalog, I could not pinpoint a battery powered, personal 3G wifie router as there were so many devices described! Googling, I stumbled merrily into this site:

According to this site, this gadget will set us back for PH 2,180 pesos! and the battery will give us a decent 3 hour life. But the site also tell us that we may have suffer from dropped connections and unexpected 3G to 2G switching. Well at least we are warned.

The size has both advantages and disadvantages: Easy to carry on you pocket but is damn easy to lose or misplace!

The most important things are left off as optional devices, but I don't know if they are available. I need to come back Thursday. This for a price of 1780 pesos.

Mar 30. The device can be recharged using the supplied usb cable. Sorry for the noise. I now change the NOT to buy recommendation to BUY.However if the battery does run down and cannot be recharged anymore, you are out of luck.

There is a cheaper model for around 1,600 pesos with separate AAA batteries. Buy this one if you are a pessimist.
