Please be patient. Google just recently introduced live view?! on our templates and it destroyed the current addins for latex and program source code rendering! I thought I can easily return it back to the previous simple design!
I will spend more time on these problems. So please be patient.
Tests : $$\cos(x) = e^x$$
It was not blogger.com fault! But the mathtex server has been down actually since June, 2011!. See the posting in

Scary Moments: My blog Doc Ernie's Adventures in the Web disappeared temporarily!
I have some scary moments today, but I trust Google did not erase my blog entries. I have invested a lot of time creating notes on econometrics, statistics and news and I was perplexed by the message that my blog disappeared!(erased) from blogspot.com. But I knew that I did not consciously erased my blog at blogger.
I needed to verify via cellphone that I am the blog owner (that's a good security measure). But what if I did not have my cellphone with me???
I suspect hat blogger.com does not like its bloggers open more than one simultaneous blog pages on a browser.
But if I am able to post this newest entry then I feel more secure with Google which owns blogger.com. If not I will switch to my main wordpress blog.

Google Buzz: One reason I do not like it.
Google buzz is a way of informing followers of your blogs that you have new entries in your blogs, photo sites and other trackable urls.
The discussion in buzz can be much lively and can be overheated since it is confined to the uathor and followers! If the discussion can be public and put in the comments section of the blog posts or entries themselves, then I would be much happier.
People behave differently when discussion is public or semi-private.
So far this is the only reason I don't like buzz.
